MOXON is a lifestyle brand that helps international brands and designers get their products into the world’s best stores including Oliver Bonas, Asos and Urban Outfitters, as well as selling direct to design lovers all over the world.
As well as representing great brands, we also design and produce our own range of best-selling products, and are looking to expand on this with a beautiful new sustainable collection for 2022.

Your main goal at MOXON will be to make sure that our customers loveworking with us!
You’ll do this by providing brilliant customer service and client care, ensuring that orders are delivered perfectly, and by continually suggesting and making improvements to the whole process.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a problem solving mind and always be coming up with new ways to streamline and improve processes and impress our customers.
This is a varied role where you’ll also get involved in lots of other areas of the business.
We're based in the creative studios at the Bussey Building in Peckham, London.
We offer flexible working so a mix of working remotely and in the studio is no problem.
● Providing great service to our wholesale & retail customers
● Processing orders (wholesale, retail & marketplace) and monitoring their progress to ensure smooth and seamless delivery
● Liaising with our warehouse to ensure stock comes in and orders are sent out efficiently.
● Ensuring we provide customers with the fastest and most cost effective shipping options
● Keeping all MOXON profiles (Amazon, Faire, Trouva) up to date and looking beautiful with our latest products and info
● Allocating payments and filing invoices
● Reviewing and analysing costs associated with orders and suggesting ways to reduce these costs
● Performing quality checks on products and raising any issues with the wider team
● Preparing monthly sales reports
● Assistance with Trade Shows (UK and International)
● Using customer feedback to improve our service
● Improving processes and always suggesting improvements to the way things are done
● Very organised and a keen eye for detail
● Positive attitude - no bad vibes
● Super friendly and personable
● Tech savvy (good with a computer)
● An understanding of customer service principles
● An interest in helping us build our brand
● Previous experience with managing orders and invoices is ideal, but not essential
● Ability to use own initiative and prioritise
● Results-driven
● Keen to learn and develop
● Passionate about your work with a ‘can-do’ attitude
● Motivated, disciplined and career orientated
You will be working directly with the MOXON founders to develop creative ways to improve and streamline the business.
