MOXON London is a lifestyle brand that helps international designers and brands get their products into the world’s best stores, featured in the best design press, and ultimately into the hands of design lovers all over the world. We also design our own range of best-selling products.

We're looking for someone who is super organised, eager to learn, tech-savvy, motivated and always seeking to improve the way things are done. You’ll play a key role in building the MOXON brand internationally.

This is an exciting and varied role where you will be responsible for the development, upkeep, look and feel of the MOXON website and online store - our window to the world!

The ideal candidate will be self motivated with an active interest in E-commerce and the design world. You will be extremely organised, dynamic, motivated and have a great ability to figure stuff out.

We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, always looking to improve every task and is driven by results and data. You must also have a good eye for graphic design.

We’re an energetic team so someone with a positive attitude is a must - a team player who wants to contribute a lot of energy to an ambitious and fast growing company.

● Updating, improving and optimising our Shopify website, pages and product listings across our B2B and D2C platforms
● Tracking visitor behaviour by analysing our Google Analytics data
● Improving site flow and categories to offer the best possible user experience
● Creating, editing, optimising and uploading product images
● Analysing data and suggesting ways to improve the website design and usability
● Installing and updating Shopify apps
● Working with our outsourced web development coders to ensure all updates are managed effectively
● Reporting of website, product and digital marketing performance
● Taking feedback from the wider MOXON team and customers to implement new changes and functionality
● AB Testing to increase conversion rate and AOV
● Working with our photographers to ensure we have the best possible images and videos for the site
● Creating and improving product descriptions that sell
● Updating site content, copy, images and banners based on marketing campaigns
● Working closely with the MOXON team to ensure any technical issues with the website can be resolved as quickly as possible
● Any other duties as required

● Very organised and a keen eye for detail

● Experience with using Shopify
● Data driven. You let the numbers guide decisions.
● At least a basic knowledge of simple coding is preferable
● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

You will be working directly with the MOXON founders to develop clever and creative strategies and new ways to improve our ecommerce sites through apps and emerging technology trends. You will also be involved in the strategy and analysis of the website's performance to help improve and increase revenue month by month.
