Shame about the condition on arrival.

The notebook is beautiful and everything I hoped for - cover is gorgeous, paper is great quality and the spirals are nice and small. However, when it arrived (despite appropriate packaging) all the edges of the notebook were bent in multiple directions and there were a few blemishes on the inside cover and pages. I’m still keeping it because it lovely, but it is a shame to receive what feels like a 2nd hand notebook.

Edit: The day after I wrote this, Moxon got in touch and sent me a new replacement notebook, completely free of charge and with not expectation to send back the original. The new one is completely perfect, none of the same issues. The team were so lovely, and has restored my faith that the first notebook was just an oddity. I have my next order already in the basket.
