• Which pad is right for you?

Start with what you need help organising, then choose the matching style from the menu.

  • Focus Pad: decide what matters today. Separate your to-do list from your schedule, with dedicated space for tasks to delegate and things not to do. A good starting point if your list is long and you need to prioritise.
  • Daily Pad: put today's plans in one place. Set a daily goal, pick your top three tasks and keep an action list alongside your notes. There's also space to record what you're grateful for and reflect on your day.
  • Time Block: give your tasks a time slot. Plan your day on an hourly schedule, with space for key tasks, notes and habits. Choose this if you know what needs doing but struggle to make time for it.
  • Weekly Pad: see the week ahead. Keep seven days of plans together, with space for daily tasks and a weekly habits tracker. Useful for spreading work across the week rather than putting everything on today's list.
  • Monthly Pad: get the bigger picture. Map out appointments and upcoming plans, then keep your monthly goals, habits and gratitude alongside them.
  • Creative Pad: keep ideas and tasks together. Capture creative ideas while keeping track of the key tasks and habits that help you put them into practice.

Keep your chosen pad on your desk. At the start of the day or week, write down your plans and leave them in view as you work.
