Standard Delivery - £3.99 (Free for orders over £40)
Orders sent using our Standard Non-Tracked Service are usually delivered by your usual Royal Mail postie. It shall generally be in your hands within 3-5 working days and will not need a signature. However, if the order is too large or heavy to go via Royal Mail, we may send this via a different courier, in which case it may need to be signed for.
P.S. We try our hardest to despatch all orders within 24 hours (depending on what time your order is placed).
Express Delivery (tracked) - £5.99
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and should arrive within 1-2 business days. A signature will be required.
Next Day Courier Delivery (tracked) - £6.99
Orders sent using our Next Day Courier Service are usually delivered by DPD. It'll be in your hands the next working day (if placed before 1pm on any business day).
Also, if you leave your mobile number, you'll get a 1 hour delivery slot text straight to your phone, so you're not waiting in all day.
Your delivery will require a signature, or you can request that it be left in your safe place.
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands
Where possible we will despatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail and various other couriers. Please be aware that some products and orders can incur additional charges, including heavier items.
Your delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page and will be worked out depending on your shopping basket.
We have a variety delivery options to get your goods from our small island to yours.
International shipping is carefully calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so the options can vary depending on what you have purchased.
The simplest way to see your shipping price is to head through to the checkout and enter your delivery address/country; we’ll automatically show you all available options for getting your order to you. (Don’t worry, you won’t be charged).
Your order will be shipped with either Royal Mail, DPD or DHL depending on the items and location.
Please note: orders outside of the UK may be liable to local import duties or taxes. This is completely our of our control, so please check.

Please note that if you selected Standard UK Delivery at the checkout, this is not a tracked service so you won’t be able to track your order. Your order can take up to 5 working days to arrive. Express Delivery - You should be able to track your order. Please check your email to see if you got the tracking number.

Due to Brexit, EU customers will be responsible for paying any additional customs duty and import tax incurred by buying from the UK. We're sorry!
The Fulfillment Company is our warehouse and they’re an integral part of the Moxon team; they take great care in packing all of lovely products to ensure that they arrive with you safely and securely.

We work extremely hard to make sure everything is perfect for you, but if you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product, or you’ve simply changed your mind, no problemo. We’ll try to make it as easy as we can for you.

You'll need to print and fill out our returns label by clicking here and be sure to return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure it's packed perfectly to avoid damage.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable conditions.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. We're only able to reimburse the shipping costs if the items we sent were damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please hold onto your postage receipt until we've confirmed receipt of your items.
Whilst we're unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of 30 days, that’s plenty of time for you decide whether it’s for you.

All of our products are great sellers so whilst we do all that we can to keep them in stock sometimes they sell out.
